All services mentioned are included, except for those mentioned as Not Included.

Clients must be accompanied by the travel documents (Voucher) and personal identification.

It is not allowed to take food to cruise ships, except for those authorized by the maritime-river operators.

In the visits to the  wine producers you will be able to buy the wines of own production.

Preparation

It is always convenient to reserve your travel in advance so that we can ensure the availability of the services and a better organization of all the procedures of the reservation.

Clothing and footwear comfortable and suitable to the time of year.

All services are suitable to receive children or babies.

Bank transfer / deposit account / Paypal / credit card.

Policies

Once the reservation form has been sent, Douro4all or the operator will follow up on your request and confirm your reservation as soon as possible or propose an alternative program.

The client must make full payment of his reservation, following the instructions sent by the company when confirming it.

After sending the proof of reservation, the travel documentation will be sent.

The cancellation of any reservation by the Client requires the payment of 15%, 30%, 75% or 100% of the total price of the service depending on whether the cancellation is made in advance of, respectively, 30, 15, 7, 3 or less date of service start.

The company may cancel or change the service in the following cases:

  • impossibility of realizing the trip due to external factors (floods, breakdowns or strikes, among others);
  • inexistence of participants to the trip;
